Following pre-visit analysis of your statement of work and site plans, virtual planning with your team and coordinating facility access, we will conduct an on-site assessment of your project to understand your vision and identify any constraints.
We will work with your team to develop a tailored, collaborative, and cost-effective solution, creating detailed drawings and/or a project scope that outlines materials, equipment, and a realistic timeline for installation and system integration.
During project execution, our on-site manager will work closely with your project lead, and North Star will ensure that records and reports are consistently provided to your Contracting Officer’s Representative. Requests for Information will receive rapid responses, and as always, technical advice for the project under contract or future projects is provided at no charge. North Star will conduct regular, rigorous safety and quality assurance inspections throughout each phase of execution.
Prior to project completion, North Star will perform a final inspection to guarantee all concerns are addressed and client acceptance is met. We will ensure the successful transfer of all as-builts, warranties, and operating manuals. Following closeout, we welcome continued communication and stand behind the performance of our systems and materials.
